Glass Lewis is seeking a Vice President of Client Services to lead our EMEA client service organization. This senior leadership role is responsible for building and scaling a high‑performing relationship management team that delivers exceptional day‑to‑day client support, strengthens client retention, and partners closely with Sales to support business growth.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the client experience for institutional investors, ensuring they can effectively execute and manage their proxy voting programs using Glass Lewis solutions. This is a highly visible role requiring strong leadership, deep product knowledge, and a client‑first mindset.
This role is permanent and hybrid, based out of our Amsterdam office, with regular in‑person attendance three days a week.
