Comstor are recruiting a key role in our EMEA Central Team organisation. Comstor is a leading value add distributor for Cisco and this role will be part of our Centre of Excellence and fundamental to our success in Go To Market (GTM).

Reporting to the EMEA Senior Marketing Director, the role requires a creative, practical and highly collaborative individual, with an ability to communicate at all levels in the organisation, most importantly to align across multiple countries and drive a single Go To Market plan.

The role is remote with some travel to our offices. Ideally, you are based in Europe where we have offices like the Netherlands, Belgium and, Denmark or for example Sweden.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Act as the key marketing lead for key Go To Market programs that straddle the entire Cisco portfolio, working closely with the Vendor Program Manager within our Centre of Excellence. Programs include:-

Cisco 360 Partner Program - act as custodian of the GTM for the new partner program from Cisco. Interfacing with Cisco to understand program and develop Comstor assets and enablement to ensure Comstor is well placed to drive value add for our partners. Agility to react to an evolving program is key.

As part of Cisco 360 program, drive relevant Partner Profitability aspects.

SMB & Managed Services Partner (MSP) - ensure all GTM for the important segment of SMB and key strategic area of MSP are created and implemented across the organisation.

Custodian for Digital enablement ensuring all relevant tools to ensure our 'long tail' partners are well served and our focus and scale partners are efficient and effective.

More strategic marketing initiatives will develop and the role will be expected to be a key driver as directed by EMEA Senior Marketing Director.

ABOUT YOU
Numerate, bright and process driven with excellent attention to detail and an appetite to report on the success of programs.
Ideally a graduate with proven Marketing Experience in a technology environment with use of Marketing tools, such as Marketing Automation
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent team work capability to act as a leader in some projects and a team member in other projects, with an ability to listen and influence.
Positive disposition with a strong work ethic.
Must be fully conversant in English. Ability to speak another language is desirable, but not mandatory.
