Job summary

As a key member of the site leadership team, you will build the infrastructure and capacity to deliver a sustainably improving product or service, lead the team, and sponsor improvements that translate into tangible results while maintaining a focus on safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful operations leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Lean principles and tools including VSM, 5S, Standard Work, Continuous Flow.
• RCCM, 8D, and DMAIC problem-solving methods experience.
• Proven project management capability across multiple priorities.
• Strong coaching, communication and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute production strategy, translating business objectives into plans, targets for safety, quality, delivery, efficiency and cost.
• Drive capacity planning, resource allocation, organizational development and investment proposals.
• Lead Membrane and Module production operations, achieving production plans and KPI targets.
• Oversee production managers and optimize resources, priorities and processes.
• Build a high-performing organization through leadership development and talent management.
• Champion continuous improvement by implementing process and performance enhancements.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE standards and maintain a safe workplace.
