Job summary

Picnic seeks a Continuous Improvement and Value Stream Operations Manager for its Netherlands sites, including Dordrecht and Utrecht. You will lead multiple teams across shifts to drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement in a high-volume, automated environment.

You will partner with the Site Manager and other Ops leaders to translate site goals into actionable plans, develop operational leaders, and build a scalable operation while embracing a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years leadership experience in warehouse or automated operations.
• Hands-on experience in automated or semi-automated fulfilment environments.
• Lean and continuous improvement experience in complex operations.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance and KPI roadmap for your value stream.
• Lead value stream day-to-day, coaching supervisors to lead their teams.
• Analyze workflows and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
• Lead daily Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe environment with 5S standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, engineering, planning, analysts, and last-mile teams.
