Job summary

Picnic Technologies in Utrecht is seeking a Value Stream Operations Manager to lead the operations in a high-volume automated fulfilment centre. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple teams, enhancing safety, quality, and productivity while implementing continuous improvements.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in Supply Chain or Engineering, at least 5 years of leadership experience, and is fluent in English and Dutch. Join us for a competitive compensation package and a vibrant work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership experience, preferably in warehouse or automated operations.
• Hands-on experience in automated or semi-automated fulfilment environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams of leaders and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for long-term performance and KPI roadmap.
• Lead day-to-day operations, coaching supervisors to meet performance targets.
• Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.

Skills

Leadership in warehouse operations
