Job summary

Amgen Breda is seeking a Value, Access & Policy (VAP) Senior Associate to join the Oncology & Rare Franchise Team. The role supports access and policy initiatives, translating strategy into actionable research, materials, and coordinated execution across portfolios.

You will work across pricing, payer landscapes, and HEOR/RWE evidence to generate insights, while coordinating workplans, inputs and reviews to drive timely delivery and impact.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HTA, reimbursement, healthcare funding, HEOR/RWE, value communication, and patient pathways.
• Skilled at managing projects, coordinating stakeholders and vendors, with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic direction into research, evidence and materials to support patient access and outcomes.
• Coordinate inputs, reviews, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of actions and deliverables.
• Develop value materials, dossiers and presentations for stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with VAP, Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Finance, Legal/Compliance.
