Job summary

Amgen Breda is seeking a Value, Access & Policy Senior Associate to join our Oncology & Rare Franchise Team. You will serve as the analytical and operational partner to the VAP Manager, turning strategic direction into research, evidence and coordinated execution to support patient access and outcomes.

You will work across access, pricing and value initiatives, combining analysis with project coordination and cross-functional collaboration to deliver actionable recommendations and timely

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of HTA, reimbursement, healthcare funding and HEOR/RWE.
• Skilled at managing projects and coordinating stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic direction into research, evidence and materials.
• Coordinate inputs, reviews and timelines across functions.
• Prepare decision-ready documents for stakeholders.
• Develop value materials, dossiers and stakeholder plans.
• Support access, pricing and value-communication initiatives.
• Collaborate with VAP, Medical, Regulatory, Finance and Legal teams.
