Job summary

Fortiqo is seeking a technical consultant to bridge customer needs with development. You will work mainly at our Rijssen location or from home, visiting customers when required, and collaborating with business consultants, technical consultants, developers and clients to achieve optimal results.

Responsibilities include translating customer needs into designs, outlining activities, delivering solutions, extending NetSuite ERP functionality, and integrating ERP, e-commerce, WMS and TMS systems to

• At least 5 years of demonstrable work experience in similar positions.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• HBO working and thinking level.
• ERP knowledge is an advantage.

Your day to day:

You work mostly at our location in Rijssen or at home. Whenever you feel the need, you take the car and go to our customers on location. You will work closely with both our business consultants, technical consultants, developers, and our clients to achieve optimal results.

Tasks:

• Identify customer needs and translate these into a functional and technical design
• Make indications of activities based on the designs
• Deliver realized solutions to customers and validate whether they meet customer expectations
• Extending functionality within the ERP System NetSuite
• Linking of different systems (ERP, E-commerce, WMS, TMS, etc.)
• Realizing customer specific applications or (web)apps

Who are you?

As a technical consultant, you will provide the connection between the customer and technology. You will also help with the realization of various solutions. You will help our customers move forward!

Characteristics:

• - You enjoy customer contact and have good communication skills
• - You have at least 5 years demonstrable work experience in similar positions
• - You have HBO working and thinking level
• - Knowledge of ERP is an advantage
