Job summary

Fortiqo is seeking a technical consultant to bridge customer needs with development. You will work mainly at our Rijssen location or from home, visiting customers when required, and collaborating with business consultants, technical consultants, developers and clients to achieve optimal results.

Responsibilities include translating customer needs into designs, outlining activities, delivering solutions, extending NetSuite ERP functionality, and integrating ERP, e-commerce, WMS and TMS systems to

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of demonstrable work experience in similar positions.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• HBO working and thinking level.
• ERP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and translate these into a functional and technical design.
• Create activity plans based on the designs.
• Deliver solutions to customers and verify they meet expectations.
• Extend functionality within the NetSuite ERP.
• Link different systems (ERP, E-commerce, WMS, TMS, etc.).
• Develop customer-specific applications or web apps.
