As a Project Leader, you will be instrumental in converting client needs and stakeholder requirements into a detailed design that your team will execute. You will oversee the project's scope, budget, and timeline, while also managing the capacity of your project team.

Your responsibilities

As a Project Leader, you will play a crucial role in the realization and management of the project. More specifically:

Some stakeholders may need permits for the project to proceed. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for preparing the necessary documentation to apply for these permits from the appropriate authorities.

Project Control

As the project leader, you are responsible for managing the financial aspects of your projects. You will prepare a detailed proposal that includes the scope, budget, and timeline, and you must maintain oversight of these elements to ensure client satisfaction and the financial success of the organization.
