Our projects primarily take place in public spaces, meaning that your project design must not only meet the client's requirements but also those of various stakeholders.
As a Project Leader, you will be instrumental in converting client needs and stakeholder requirements into a detailed design that your team will execute. You will oversee the project's scope, budget, and timeline, while also managing the capacity of your project team.
As a Project Leader, you will play a crucial role in the realization and management of the project. More specifically:
Interpret the client’s request and develop a technical brief for your team. It is crucial to keep the client updated on all progress throughout the duration of the project
Identify all stakeholders within the project's scope and ensure their requirements and expectations are clearly outlined. Conduct consultations to incorporate these requirements into the design and assess their impact on project execution.
Some stakeholders may need permits for the project to proceed. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for preparing the necessary documentation to apply for these permits from the appropriate authorities.
As the project leader, you are responsible for managing the financial aspects of your projects. You will prepare a detailed proposal that includes the scope, budget, and timeline, and you must maintain oversight of these elements to ensure client satisfaction and the financial success of the organization.
Supervise colleagues responsible for the technical aspects of the projects, including designs, calculations, reports, and analyses. You will lead the team to ensure alignment with client and stakeholder requirements while maintaining oversight of the project’s scope, budget, and timeline.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role.
A technical HBO or WO degree, such as Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
You possess strong organizational skills and can communicate effectively.

You have a good sense of your stakeholders' interests.
You are flexible and curious.
You can maintain a broad perspective.
You work proactively and are solution-oriented.
You work well both independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Relevant work experience is a plus.
