Job summary

Rotterdam Engineering BV is seeking a Process Manager to improve quality and efficiency across project teams and external stakeholders. You will own quality management and drive continuous improvement, implementing standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and LEAN practices.

With 5+ years in quality management, you guide improvement processes in a dynamic project environment, connect with colleagues and customers, and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in quality management and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards; VCA-VOL is a plus.
  • LEAN methodology experience is a plus.
  • Analytical, proactive, and able to guide improvement processes.
  • Excellent communication and ability to connect stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Quality Management: act as point of contact for quality, develop and improve QHSE policy, coordinate audits, measure satisfaction, represent quality topics in meetings.
  • Process Improvement: analyze and optimize work processes, identify bottlenecks, organize workshops, implement scalable methods, monitor results.

Job description

What will you be doing?

As a Process Manager, you ensure that work processes are set up more efficiently and effectively. You are the primary point of contact regarding quality management and process optimization and work closely with colleagues, project teams, and external stakeholders to achieve continuous improvements.

Your main responsibilities are:

Quality Management

  • Point of contact for quality within the organization.
  • Developing, managing, and improving the QHSE policy, including NEN-EN-ISO 9001:2015.
  • · Coordinating and preparing ISO audits and internal project audits.
  • Conducting and analyzing customer and employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Representing quality topics in meetings.
  • Facilitating policy and management audits and ensuring their smooth execution.

Process Improvement

  • Analyzing and optimizing work processes within complex project structures.
  • Identifying bottlenecks and proactively initiating improvements.
  • Organizing and facilitating workshops and work sessions with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Implementing and securing efficient and scalable working methods.
  • Focusing a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Monitoring results and reporting on the impact of improvement initiatives.
  • Translating technical and organizational needs into practical solutions.

With your analytical perspective, structured approach, and communication skills, you contribute directly to the quality and efficiency within our organization.

Who are we looking for?
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of quality management and process improvement.
  • You have knowledge of relevant (ISO) standards and laws and regulations; possession of a VCA-VOL is a plus.
  • Experience with LEAN methodology is a plus.
  • You are analytically strong, result-oriented, and have a proactive attitude. You possess excellent communication skills and know how to connect various stakeholders.
  • You are capable of guiding and securing improvement processes within a dynamic project environment.
