Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or Engineering and/or Master's in Industrial Pharmacy.
• Five years of experience in solid dosage manufacturing and/or spray dryer dispersion.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Process Flow Documents, BOMs, and related instructions.
• Define and maintain the Process/Product Control Strategy and CPPs.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead deviation investigations and root cause analysis.
• Lead new product introduction, tech transfer, and validation strategies.
