Job summary

Lilly is seeking a TS/MS Scientist at the Katwijk site in the Netherlands. The role focuses on owning process control strategy and documentation for pharmaceutical manufacturing, leading improvements, and mentoring others.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree related to Science, Pharmacy, or Engineering.
Master's degree in Industrial Pharmacy or related area.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain Process Flow Documents, manufacturing tickets and BOM.
Define and maintain the Process/Product Control Strategy and CPPs.
Provide technical support to manufacturing processes and perform troubleshooting.
Lead root cause analysis for deviations using problem-solving tools.
Lead new product introduction and technology transfer activities.
Coordinate across development and manufacturing teams using product transfer tools.
