Lilly seeks a TS/MS Scientist to provide technical support for pharmaceutical manufacturing, owning the control strategy and documentation. You will lead process improvement, validate changes, and mentor other scientists, aligning with regulatory commitments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related science/engineering field, five years in solid dosage/manufacturing, and strong English skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree related to Science, Pharmacy, or Engineering and/or Master’s degree in a related area such as Industrial Pharmacy.
• Five (5) years in solid dosage manufacturing and/or spray dryer dispersion.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Ability to work irregular hours, rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain Process Flow Documents (PFDs), manufacturing tickets, instructions, formulas, and BOM.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing processes—including troubleshooting, technical decision-making, and product impact assessments.
• Investigate deviations and lead root cause analysis using problem-solving tools (FMEA, etc.).
• Lead improvement projects focused on productivity, quality and continuous improvement.
