Job summary

EverAI is seeking a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own safety initiatives across our platforms. You will translate legal requirements and user feedback into product features, moderation capabilities, and measurable improvements.

Collaborate with Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, and Support to proactively reduce risk and safeguard users. You will drive in-house moderation improvements (EverGuard), manage third-party safety partnerships, and establish dashboards for ongoing monitoring.

Qualifications

• Data-driven decisions that align with legal/ethical standards and measurable outcomes.
• Understanding content moderation and AI guardrails for scalable product safety.
• Experience translating trust/safety requirements into policies and product features.
• Collaborative, cross-functional work with engineering, legal, ops, and support.
• Fluency with AI tools and unmonitoring models in a product context.
• Experience leading third-party safety partnerships and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define safety/legal product strategy and deliverables; translate policies and laws into requirements.
• Improve internal moderation tech and EverGuard integration with engineering/AI teams.
• Manage third-party safety partnerships from evaluation to implementation to performance review.
• Create dashboards and QA processes to monitor safety metrics and detect issues.
• Coordinate red team and adversarial testing for safeguards and edge cases.
• Run T&S reviews for new features and changes; ensure safeguards are designed in.
• Lead incident follow-through and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
