EverAI is seeking a Trust & Safety Product Manager for a fully remote role in the Netherlands. You will own safety-focused product delivery, turning requirements into features and working with compliance, engineering, and support to mitigate risks and improve safety systems.

You will shape the product with the CTO and Legal & Safety Lead, driving internal moderation tech, third-party partnerships, dashboards, and rigorous QA to ensure responsible AI and user protection.

Responsibilities

• Safety & legal product strategy and delivery.
• Internally developed moderation technologies.
• Third-party safety partnerships and integrations.
• Safety dashboards, monitoring, and quality assurance.
• Red teaming and adversarial testing.
• Trust and safety reviews for new features.
• Incident follow-through and continuous improvement.
• Data-driven product decisions that align with legal/ethical standards: you can name metrics and run experiments.
