Job summary

Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Digital Compliance Officer to join our global Digital Compliance team. You will bridge privacy, responsible AI and product compliance, helping implement practical guidelines across our digital ecosystem, including AI chatbots and talent platforms.

Location is Netherlands (primary) with Brussels as secondary; remote-first work model and opportunities to collaborate with global stakeholders. Full-time role offering onboarding and international exposure.

Qualifications

3–5 years of practical privacy compliance and/or responsible AI experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
Proven track record in executing privacy impact assessments and delivering compliance solutions.
Strong foundation in EU privacy with curiosity to upskill in AI compliance.

Responsibilities

Privacy & AI Assessments: conduct PIAs, AIDEA, and product reviews to identify issues early.
Global to Local: roll out privacy/AI controls by coordinating with local privacy leads and responsible AI officers.
Business Advisory: advise on data protection or AI compliance for various business units within the program.
Awareness: develop and deliver privacy and responsible AI training for product, tech, and delivery stakeholders.
Framework Operationalization: translate regulatory concepts into clear, actionable day-to-day guidelines.
Continuous Assurance: support GRC tasks and periodic validation of controls.
