Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Product Manager – Anti-Fraud based in the Netherlands. You will lead the development of products and systems to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud across the customer lifecycle, working at the intersection of Trust & Safety, Payments, Risk, Data Science and Engineering to deliver scalable, secure, low-friction solutions for a global customer base.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or trust & safety.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making.
• Understanding of payment fraud, identity verification, KYC/AML.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and data science teams.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure or fintech environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the anti-fraud product roadmap across onboarding, identity verification, payments, and security.
• Develop fraud detection capabilities for stolen cards, account takeovers, and abuse scenarios.
• Manage risk rules and scoring systems with audit trails.
• Improve manual review tools, queues, and case-management workflows.
• Design verification experiences that reduce false positives while protecting users.
• Define risk signals, alerts, and detection workflows to catch incidents early.
• Lead incident response with cross-functional teams and post-incident reviews.
• Translate risk challenges into PRDs and technical specs for engineers.
• Collaborate with analytics to define detection problems and data labels.
• Run experiments, monitor performance, and balance security with user experience.
• Ensure regulatory and payment compliance with KYC/AML and data privacy.
• Track metrics like losses, false-positive rates, and time to detection.
