Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting customers both at the service desk and by telephone.
• Planning and coordinating maintenance and repair activities together with the Service Manager and Workshop Manager.
• Monitoring the progress of workshop activities and proactively informing customers about the status of their vehicles.
• Processing work orders, administrative tasks and invoicing.
• Identifying bottlenecks and actively contributing to practical solutions.
• Supporting the warehouse when required during busy periods or staff absence.

As a Workshop Coordinator, you are the central link within the service department and support the Service Manager with the daily coordination of the workshop. Thanks to your organizational skills and proactive attitude, the daily operation runs seamlessly.
