Job summary

ING is seeking a Tribe Lead Global Infrastructure IaaS to set the direction for compute, storage, containers and ransomware resilience platforms powering ING’s technology landscape across the bank and multiple countries.

You will lead a global tribe of around 320 engineers and technology leaders, driving platform convergence, innovation and adoption while embedding a product-led operating model with clear customer outcomes and lifecycle accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure, cloud, platform engineering, or technology operations in complex international environments.
• Ability to turn vision into results with external perspective and stakeholder influence.
• Experience driving large-scale technology transformation while maintaining service stability and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, transformation and performance of ING’s global IaaS portfolio, delivering outcomes with long-term value.
• Drive platform standardisation and convergence across ING for secure, scalable infrastructure consumption.
• Transform the IaaS portfolio through innovation, automation and disciplined product lifecycle management.
• Oversee investments, financial performance, risk and regulatory compliance.
