Job summary

ING is seeking a Tribe Lead Global Infrastructure Data Centres to transform ING's global hosting in data centres and edge footprints. You will drive a resilient, secure, and standardised infrastructure platform that supports innovation across the bank, leading a global tribe of engineers and technology leaders.

You will shape the enterprise-wide data centre strategy, converge and standardise platforms, and drive investments.

Qualifications

Experience leading large-scale infrastructure, cloud, platform engineering, or technology operations teams in international environments.
Ability to turn vision into measurable actions and outcomes using data and insights.
Proven track record in strategic planning, budgeting and investment decisions.

Responsibilities

Shape ING's global data centre strategy and ensure a resilient, future-ready infrastructure foundation.
Lead enterprise-wide vision and roadmap for data centre and edge capabilities.
Drive standardisation and convergence to reduce complexity and create scalable infrastructure.
Create automated data centre services to accelerate delivery and improve efficiency.
Oversee portfolio priorities, financial performance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
Build partnerships across countries to align demand, capacity, and priorities.
