Job summary

ING is seeking a Tribe Lead for Global Infrastructure Platform as a Service to shape ING's data and integration platforms, enabling scalable innovation while driving resilience and enterprise-wide impact.

You will lead a global tribe of around 340 engineers and technology leaders, champion a product‑led operating model, and partner with risk, architecture and business leaders to standardise and accelerate delivery across the bank.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure, cloud, platform engineering, or technology operations in international contexts.
• Ability to translate vision into measurable roadmaps and outcomes.
• Proven track record delivering complex technology transformations with impact.
• Strong governance, risk and cyber security awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide vision and roadmap for data and integration services.
• Ensure platforms are secure, resilient and future-ready.
• Drive platform standardisation and convergence to reduce complexity.
