Job summary

ING in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, seeks a seasoned technology procurement leader to drive global category strategy and deliver value across technology spend. You will set category priorities, manage supplier partnerships, and align initiatives with ING’s cost, risk, and ESG goals.

You will lead a diverse, global team and collaborate with stakeholders across regions, while embedding modern procurement practices in a regulatory environment. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of procurement experience in technology.
• Proven track record leading global technology category strategy.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Set delivery of technology category management across global services.
• Drive cost reductions, ESG improvements, and risk management.
• Develop and manage supplier partnerships across global spend.
• Lead governance forums and reporting on outcomes.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing global procurement team.
