Job summary

Qualifications

About the Job

I’m partnering up with a fast-growing healthcare business, in the search for a Treasury & e-Payment Operations Manager to join its finance leadership team. This role will lead a team spread across Germany and the Netherlands. This is a dynamic and highly visible position within an ambitious and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with a hands‑on operational approach, taking ownership of treasury operations, cash management, cash flow forecasting, and payment processes across the organisation. You will work closely with finance, accounting, and technology teams

Key Responsibilities

• –Oversee the operational management of e-payment processes, supporting business growth and customer experience objectives


• –Take ownership of the group’s treasury operations, ensuring effective liquidity management and accurate cash flow forecasting


• –Lead and develop a team of 6 treasury professionals


• –Champion treasury transformation initiatives, partnering closely with Technology teams to improve systems, automation, and operational efficiency

About you

• –You have at least 5 years of experience in treasury and e-payments


• –Experience managing e-payment processes and payment operations


• –strong cash management and cash flow forecasting experience


• –Enjoy operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambitious environment


• –Have professional fluency in English; German language skills desirable


• –Are willing to relocate to the Sevenum area or commute to the office on a regular basis
