Job summary

Rituals is seeking a Global Search Manager at our Central Head Office in Amsterdam to shape how customers discover Rituals across paid, organic and AI-driven search experiences. You will lead our search specialists, translate performance insights into investment decisions and collaborate with markets, PR and partners to strengthen our multi-channel visibility.

You bring 6–9 years in search or digital marketing, including 2+ years leading a team, deep Google Ads expertise, strong data analysis

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in search or digital marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a small team.
• Strong Google Ads expertise and understanding of the customer journey.
• Experience with incrementality testing, attribution or marketing mix modelling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the paid and organic search team.
• Direct paid-search performance across products, countries and budgets.
• Establish a cadence of incrementality tests and apply findings to campaigns and budgets.
• Develop and activate the agentic-search strategy and partner with markets, PR and external partners.
