Job summary

DSV in Venlo is seeking a Transport Coordinator to monitor and coordinate transport across Europe. You will maintain a clear overview, communicate with drivers, customers and colleagues, and ensure all activities run to plan: you are on it.

You will track shipments, resolve deviations and take swift action when plans change. You will join a team that blends experienced professionals with newcomers, where asking questions and teamwork are central to how we work.

Within our transport organization, you are responsible for monitoring and coordinating transport throughout Europe. You always maintain a clear overview, communicate with drivers, customers and colleagues, and ensure everything runs according to plan: you're on it.

How you do this? You are continuously tracking shipments, resolving deviations and keeping all stakeholders informed. Whenever transport does not go according to plan, you are the one who takes quick action and comes up with the right solution. You achieve this by:

• monitoring transports and shipments throughout Europe;
• maintaining contact with customers, drivers and transport partners;
• identifying and resolving deviations and delays;
• ensuring accurate administrative follow-up of transport activities;
• contributing to an excellent service experience for our customers.

You will join a team that combines experienced professionals with colleagues who are new to the industry. Together, you ensure customers can rely on a dependable service. Asking questions, learning from each other and teamwork are central to the way we work.
