Job summary

Huxley is seeking an experienced Transition & Platform Governance Lead to support a large-scale enterprise transformation programme. You will ensure a safe, compliant, and well-coordinated transition across multiple platforms, bridging business, technology, compliance, and external vendors throughout the programme lifecycle.

The role focusses on S4/OMP/XTEL testing, SOX controls, and incident management, coordinating diverse stakeholders and managing complex dependencies within a global delivery

Qualifications

• Experience in Programme Governance, Transformation, PMO, or Transition Management roles.
• Strong background in SAP S/4HANA and large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience coordinating cross-platform testing and deployments.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination of S4/OMP and XTEL testing across global markets.
• Manage dependencies across S4, OMP, XTEL, and the Dahlia workstream.
• Design and implement audit-ready SOX controls in collaboration with Finance and IT Audit teams.
• Act as the key point of contact between Business, IT, Data & Analytics, and external vendors.
• Establish incident management processes, escalation paths, and ownership models for XTEL V9.
• Manage and prioritise the Change Request backlog in line with programme governance.

We are looking for an experienced Transition & Platform Governance Lead to support a large-scale enterprise transformation programme. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-coordinated transition across multiple platforms, acting as the bridge between business, technology, compliance, and external vendors throughout the programme lifecycle.

Key Focus Areas

• S4/OMP and XTEL integrated testing (V6 July 2026 & V9 September 2026)
• SOX controls design and implementation
• Dahlia and cross-platform dependency management
• Incident management framework for V9

Key Responsibilities
