Job summary

TESTQ Technologies LTD. is seeking a Senior Programme Lead to orchestrate the in-flight implementation, migration, and operational integration of the Broadridge BRMA platform across global markets.

You will govern large-scale programmes, manage cross-functional teams and external vendors, drive data lineage, and ensure compliance with MiFIR, EMIR, and CFTC requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading large, multi-stream programmes in international wholesale banking.
• Hands-on delivery using the Broadridge BRMA platform (or MA) and its rules engine.
• Deep understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycles and derivatives.
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory reporting regimes (MiFIR/MiFID II, EMIR Refit, CFTC).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BRMA deployments, including data mapping and testing.
• Govern budgets and resource allocation across international squads and vendors.
• Engage with Global Heads of Financial Markets, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and technology leadership.
• Ensure regulatory alignment and uninterrupted compliance across jurisdictions.

Role Overview

Your primary focus will center on leading the in-flight implementation, migration, and operational integration of the Broadridge Business Regulation & Message Automation (BRMA) platform. You will ensure seamlessly transitions to this next-generation strategic architecture while maintaining a flawless compliance record across global jurisdictions.

What You Will Do

• Lead Complex, End-to-End Programmes: Architect, execute, and govern the implementation of the Broadridge BRMA platform across Financial Markets asset classes, ensuring milestones are met on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Drive Strategic BRMA Implementation: Serve as the overall program lead for the BRMA deployment, overseeing legacy platform migrations, complex data mapping, and functional testing to establish a unified data lineage.
• Senior Stakeholder Management: Navigate and align a complex matrix of senior executives, including Global Heads of Financial Markets, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and technology leadership, while acting as the primary escalation point for the Broadridge delivery teams.
• Regulatory Alignment & Delivery: Anticipate regulatory shifts (such as EMIR Refit, MiFIR, CFTC changes) and ensure the BRMA platform configuration is dynamically optimized to guarantee uninterrupted compliance.
• Financial & Resource Governance: Manage substantial program budgets, resource allocations across international cross-functional squads, and third-party vendor performance and delivery SLAs.

You are a strategic thinker who isn't afraid to dive into the technical details when needed. You combine authoritative program governance with a deep understanding of the operational and technical challenges of a global wholesale trading floor.

Key Requirements:

• Senior Programme Leadership: 8+ years of experience managing large, complex, multi-stream programs within international corporate or wholesale banking environments.
• Broadridge BRMA Platform Expertise: Proven hands-on experience delivery projects or programs utilizing the Broadridge BRMA platform (or its core components, formerly known as Message Automation / MA). Deep familiarity with its rules engine and dashboarding capabilities is highly preferred.
• Financial Markets Depth: Deep understanding of the Financial Markets ecosystem, including front-to-back trade lifecycles, clearing workflows, and derivative products (OTC and ETD).
• Regulatory Reporting Mastery: Comprehensive knowledge of global transaction reporting regimes (e.g., MiFIR/MiFID II, EMIR Refit, CFTC, SEC, ASIC).
• Masterful Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of managing conflicting priorities, driving consensus among senior leadership, and managing critical external vendor delivery tracks.
