Sia, a next-generation global management consulting group, seeks a Consultant Change to drive transformation initiatives from our Amsterdam office. You will deliver Transformation & Change missions and help shape the Netherlands proposition, coordinating with local and international teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will have a Master’s degree and 2+ years in (change) consulting, preferably Big 4, be fluent in Dutch and English, and enjoy travel.

Formación

• Master's degree in organizational behaviour, psychology, business administration, organization studies or similar.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in (change) consulting, preferably in one of the Big 4.
• Self-starting, flexible and entrepreneurial with strong business and change skills.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery of Transformation & Change missions across client assignments.
• Help design and tailor Transformation & Change propositions for the Netherlands market.
• Develop business from the Amsterdam office, including proposals and client relationship management.
