Job summary

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) in Amsterdam offers a 10‑month traineeship in supporting stakeholders' engagement and medicines health information. You will help improve engagement processes, study public enquiry handling, and contribute to cross‑border coordination within the EU medicines regulatory network.

Eligible graduates or students in related programmes may apply; a strong background in biomedical sciences or public health is expected, with English proficiency and project experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support improvements of stakeholders’ engagement processes.
• Investigate how public enquiries are handled across the EU medicines regulatory network.
• Develop a survey of relevant stakeholders and analyse resulting data.
• Prepare a report with recommendations to strengthen collaboration across the network.
