Job summary

Rabobank is offering a 18-month Wholesale Banking Financial Markets Traineeship in the Netherlands. You will learn capital markets, sales and relationship management, and gain hands-on experience in structuring and executing financing transactions.

You will rotate through teams, work on client pitches, market analysis and risk-management solutions, and build relationships with corporate clients and financial institutions while developing your own capabilities in a dynamic investment bank setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree completed or to be completed before start.
• No more than 2 years of work experience.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Able to work on multiple assignments with others.

Responsibilities

• Learn how capital markets work and contribute to financing and risk-management solutions.
• Support financing transactions, client meetings and pitches.
• Analyze market data and prepare client pitches.
• Build relationships with clients, advisers, lawyers and other banks.
• Assist in due diligence and legal documentation; coordinate with risk teams.
