Rabobank Traineeship Business & IT is a development programme for recent graduates who want to work at the intersection of business and technology but are still exploring which role suits them best. You will move to a different department within the bank and participate in up to 4 rotations, taking on practical assignments and contributing to improving Rabobank’s systems, processes or services.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business & IT or related field.
• 0–2 years of work experience.
• Live in the Netherlands when applying.
• Interest at the intersection of business and technology.
• Willingness to learn and reflect on development.
• Flexible about working from Utrecht or another Rabobank office.

Mansioni

• Complete rotation assignments in roles such as business analyst, engineer, product manager, project manager or business manager.
• Analyze information and data to support decisions, develop dashboards or assess AI maturity.
• Connect business and technology stakeholders and translate needs into plans and recommendations.
• Prepare advisory reports on technology, processes or applications that could be improved or discontinued.
• Contribute to a side project and collaborate with colleagues and other trainees.
