Rabobank offers an 18-month Traineeship in Finance & Risk in Utrecht, with four rotations across Finance, Risk and Financial Economic Crime. You’ll gain hands-on experience, work on real challenges, and learn from experienced colleagues, a talent manager and a trainee community.

You will cover 36 hours per week, with a gross monthly salary in the range of €3,516 to €5,021, plus benefits and a development budget. The programme combines hands-on work with structured development and events.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree completed or to be completed before start of traineeship.
• Residence in the Netherlands at the moment of application.
• No more than two years of work experience after graduation.
• Curious, problem-solver with adaptability and openness to feedback.

Responsabilités

• Complete four rotations across Finance, Risk and Financial Economic Crime.
• Contribute to business assignments and learn which domain matches strengths.
• Receive guidance from colleagues, talent manager and trainee community.
• Develop analytical thinking, communication and presentation skills during the programme.
