Job summary

Responsibilities

• Account Marketing Ownership: Lead marketing activation for a portfolio of area accounts in close partnership with the respective Sales Managers.
• Strategic Planning: Develop annual trade marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives, brand priorities, key campaigns, and account needs.
• Activation & Execution: Plan and execute co-branded marketing initiatives across in-store and relevant retail marketing channels, ensuring strong and consistent execution.
• Regional-to-Local Alignment: Translate regional brand strategies, campaigns, and tools into locally relevant initiatives that reflect account priorities and community opportunities.
• Budget & Performance Management: Manage activation budgets, monitor sell-out performance and ROI, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Category Marketing, Brand, and Retail Operations to optimize results.
• You bring solid experience in Account, Trade, or Retail Marketing and know how to translate brand strategies into impactful, consumer-focused activations.
• You have a strong commercial mindset and understand how marketing activities can drive sell-out, category growth, and overall business performance.
• You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing multiple accounts, projects, campaigns, priorities, and budgets effectively.
• You are analytical and performance-driven, with the ability to evaluate marketing investments, track ROI, and use insights to continuously improve future activities.
• You are a strong communicator (fluent in Dutch and English) and collaborative team player, confident in building effective relationships across Sales, Category Marketing, Brand, Retail Operations, and external account partners.
