Job summary

Versuni in Amsterdam seeks a Total Rewards Lead Europe to steer global reward policies, harmonize practices across European markets, and advise senior leaders on compensation, benefits and performance rewards.

You will lead annual salary reviews, incentive planning, and job grading initiatives while ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness across diverse markets. Hybrid work is available with international travel and a modern office in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years experience in rewards or compensation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Admin, HR, Finance or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of rewards principles and governance.
  • Experience with job grading systems (WTW, KF, Mercer).
  • Strong stakeholder management and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Designs and implements reward strategies and programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Acts as strategic advisor to senior leaders on compensation, benefits and incentives.
  • Ensures consistent reward governance, policies, and frameworks across European markets.
  • Drives harmonization and improvement of reward practices for local markets.
  • Leads annual salary reviews, bonus allocation, and incentive planning across Europe.
  • Oversees job evaluation, grading, salary structures and market benchmarking.
  • Ensures reward investments align with priorities, equity, and external competitiveness.
  • Designs and optimizes incentive programs to support business performance.
  • Evaluates market trends and employee needs to maintain EVP.
  • Balances employee experience, compliance and cost in reward design.

  • Balances employee experience, compliance, and cost effectiveness in benefit design and delivery.

  • Familiar with job grading frameworks and job grading assessment (WTW, KF, Mercer)
  • Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills, focusing on what adds most value to the business
