What you will lead
Global Agentic AI Platforms
- Drive the setup, orchestration, governance, and scaling of enterprise agentic AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Databricks, SAP Joule Studio, and other approved technologies.
- Define the global platform roadmap, reusable patterns, guardrails, integration standards, and operating model that enable teams to build secure, interoperable agents across business systems and governed data domains.
ServiceNow & SIAM Product Ownership
- Shape ServiceNow and SIAM into increasingly agentic capabilities through intelligent self-service, workflow automation, proactive operations, and appropriate human oversight.
- Own the vision, roadmap, backlog, lifecycle, architecture guardrails, funding priorities, and value measures for ServiceNow, Service Desk, and SIAM, including Major Incident Management.
Integration & IT Data Foundations
- Orchestrate how Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, SAP, Power BI, Databricks, and other platforms exchange data through purposeful, governed, and supportable integrations.
- Own platform and data outcomes for the CMDB, service portfolio, asset and licence data, knowledge, and operational intelligence; assign remediation and operational execution to the appropriate TCS or internal delivery team.
- Prioritize high-value automation and AI opportunities with product owners, markets, and functions, and accelerate adoption through proof-of-value agents with measurable outcomes.
- Maintain focused playbooks, reusable patterns, targeted learning, and a practitioner network that enables safe delivery without making broad community management the centre of the role.
- Use operational insights from ServiceNow, SIAM, and Databricks to improve the roadmap and scale proven patterns across Versuni.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Own and maintain integrated roadmaps, backlogs, business cases, risks, and value measures for ServiceNow, Service Desk, SIAM, agent platforms, and strategic integrations.
- Translate business and operational demand into safe agent designs, product requirements, integration specifications, acceptance criteria, and prioritized delivery increments.
- Govern ITSM and SIAM process design, including Major Incident Management, while TCS teams perform agreed operational execution and platform delivery.
- Drive the agentic AI and automation roadmap, including intelligent self-service, knowledge retrieval, case and ticket triage, workflow orchestration, predictive insights, and auto-remediation.
- Curate approved connectors, plugins, agents, and reusable integration patterns across Copilot Studio, ServiceNow, SAP, Microsoft 365, Databricks, and Power BI.
- Define secure patterns for identity, authorization, privacy, logging, monitoring, testing, human oversight, error handling, and service transition.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in product ownership, service management, technology, data, integration, automation, or AI roles.
- Demonstrated ownership of an enterprise platform or service roadmap, including demand prioritization, lifecycle decisions, stakeholder alignment, supplier governance, and value realization.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and ITSM/SIAM practices.
- Practical understanding of agentic AI, workflow orchestration, API-led integration, data governance, observability, security, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Strong analytical and data mindset, with enough hands-on capability in scripting.
- Able to work across cloud, security, data, and enterprise architecture teams.
- Clear communicator and pragmatic change leader who can turn complex technology and service-management topics into decisions, roadmaps, and adoptable ways of working.
