Versuni in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Manager Sustainability & ESG to lead and advance our global ESG program. You will champion a data‑first approach to EPR management, stay ahead of evolving regulations, and translate complex rules into concrete requirements for our businesses.

You will lead a small team (1–2 FTE) of sustainability and supplier due diligence professionals, drive the CSRD reporting framework, and partner with functions across the company to convert data into insights and

Formación

• At least five years of experience in ESG.
• At least five years of proven expertise in successfully driving and implementing automated data collection and reporting.
• The ability to turn data into insights.
• A solid communicator: pragmatic and hands‑on with your team, stakeholders and suppliers, and able to create momentum across functions.
• Experience in managing EPR reporting, including reporting under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) framework, or a strong drive to quickly develop this expertise.
• Experience in a fast‑growing, transformative or private equity‑owned company is a plus.
