Job summary

ASML in the Netherlands, Veldhoven, is seeking a Team Lead Tool Center Operations to guide a 20–25 person team across shift patterns. You will ensure optimal tool availability for customers in the EF/TF factory and D&E, manage day-to-day performance, and coordinate continuous improvements while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a leading or coordinating logistics role.
• Experience with a dynamic working environment.
• Willing to work 24/7 and after-hours when needed.
• Able to manage people without always having face-to-face contact.
• Knowledge of warehousing, distribution processes and ASML standards.
• Enthusiastic people manager with strong interpersonal skills.
• Service oriented with excellent stakeholder management.
• SAP (EWM) knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• People management: organize staffing, coach team, set targets and evaluate performance.
• Daily Performance Management: steer day-to-day execution, solve issues, ensure adherence to processes.
• Tactical Performance Management: define, measure and report overall SLA/performance to internal customers.
• Safety: ensure a safe working environment for all personnel in the Tool Cabin and cleanroom.
• Quality: responsible for tool quality and cleanliness in storage and delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: initiates and leads LEAN improvements and cross-sector projects.
• Planning: define priorities per SLA, identify bottlenecks, align with internal stakeholders.
• Collaboration: collaborate with Logistics Operations, EF factory and other stakeholders.
