Job summary

ASML in the Netherlands is seeking a skilled technician to support assembly operations. The role focuses on executing technical activities per standard procedures, leading a cabin team, and coordinating materials and tools for efficient production.

You will collaborate with planning and support teams, driving improvements and ensuring quality and safety compliance. This position requires hands-on experience with precision tools and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Secondary vocational education with substantial experience or Bachelor degree with limited experience.
• Hands-on experience preferably with mechanical and/or electrical parts using precision tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs all relevant technical activities based on standard Assembly procedures, guidelines and handbook.
• Ensures Milestone Progress is met at the end of each shift and drives Milestone Progress across shifts and cabins.
• Leads own cabin team and represents the cabin team for technical matters throughout the shift.
• Keeps up with technical matters of own and other cabins in the same Milestone.
• Keeps up with developments in own field of expertise and exchange knowledge with colleagues.
• Requests, receives, checks and stores materials, tools/equipment and ASML products; prepares for distribution.
