Job summary

Samsung SDS in Tilburg, NL, is seeking a Transport Solutions Engineer (with German) to support European operations using Cello TMS. You will analyze processes, implement efficiency improvements, and support carrier onboarding and service enhancements.

You will serve as the main contact for Europe, coordinate with HQ in Korea, and drive billing accuracy, process standardization, and cross-functional projects. Fluent English and German are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Logistics/SCM or equivalent work experience.
• Relevant experience with ERP and TMS systems.
• 2–4 years’ experience in billing, Order2Cash, invoicing.
• Experience working within a Logistics Service Provider (LSP) environment is preferred.
• A proficient level of English and German language.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for European operations regarding their processes and the Cello Prime TMS system.
• Setting priorities to all issues and minimize negative impact on operations.
• Liaise with HQ in Korea to resolve European issues.
• Support new customer implementation projects during preparation and stabilization.
