GENUINE in Cologne is seeking a Creator Manager to lead the creator strategy for key brands and turn TikTok trends into high-performing content.

You will own creator partnerships, scout new talent, and develop formats that drive engagement and sales. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to translate brand goals into briefs and real activations on TikTok.

Native Dutch and strong English skills are essential, with a focus on influencer marketing and scalable creator programs across Europe.

Qualifications

Experience in influencer marketing or talent management (must have demonstrable results).
Strong understanding of social media dynamics and TikTok content performance.
Native-level Dutch and good English skills for internal communication.

Responsibilities

Brand Ownership: manage core brands as the point of contact for creator strategy and performance.
Trend & Format Development: spot emerging TikTok trends and turn them into scalable content formats.
Creator Coaching: support affiliate partners with hooks, insights, and feedback to drive sales.
Creator Scouting & Development: identify talented creators and build long‑term partnerships.
Creative Briefing: translate brand goals into clear briefs for TikTok-native content that performs.
TikTok Collaboration: stay connected with TikTok teams and leverage new features for brands.
