Job summary

Aviapartner Group seeks a Ticketing & Reservations Agent at Schiphol Airport. You will book and rebook tickets, handle passenger and baggage data, and work across the ticket counter, check-in, and gate areas. You will also upsell services like extra legroom or upgrades to ensure a positive start to travel.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work under pressure, and experience with Amadeus. Dutch and English proficiency and an MBO-4 level education are expected.

Responsibilities

• Book and rebook tickets for passengers during delays and cancellations.
• Greet passengers at the ticket counter, check-in, and gate areas.

• Upsell services such as preferred seating or upgrades to enhance travel experience.
