Job summary

The Duchess Amsterdam, part of The Entourage Group, seeks a proactive Shiftleader to supervise daily operations and deliver exceptional service in a fine dining setting.

You will train and motivate the service team, coordinate with the Restaurant Manager, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism. Fluent English and living in Amsterdam are preferred.

The role offers in-house training and staff discounts within The Entourage Group, with exciting career growth in a leading hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Shiftleader, Supervisor or Management role within the hospitality industry.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Living in Amsterdam (flexible with commuting).
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Fine dining experience is preferred.
• Previous experience working in a large city is an advantage.
