A leading hospitality group in Amsterdam is looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie Pastry to join their team. Responsibilities include ensuring the timely preparation of all mise-en-place and communicating shortages with the sous chef. Qualifications

• Must be physically fit to handle kitchen demands.
• Experience in a fast-paced culinary environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all mise-en-place is freshly prepared and on time.
• Prepare dishes according to recipes and correct quantities.
• Deputize for the Pastry sous chef if necessary.
• Communicate shortages to the sous chef or head chef.
• Study relevant subjects for future advancements.

Our Chef de Partie Pastry strives to deliver the superior level of guest service that we are known for. They are hardworking, dedicated, and uphold exceptional culinary standards. Responsibilities

• To ensure all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time
• To ensure that all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity
• To deputize in the Pastry sous chef’s absence and take charge of the kitchen when directed to do so
• To ensure that any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the sous chef or head chef
• To strive to study relevant subjects in preparation to future advancement
