Job summary

Savant Recruitment Experts invites an experienced Test Manager to advance our automated, continuous testing framework for core telecom systems such as CRM, billing, and order management.

You will drive automation strategy, govern test quality across phases, and coordinate with vendors to ensure KPIs while delivering real-time metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in QA with 3+ years leading large-scale telecom transformations.
• BSS knowledge: Billing, CRM, Product Catalogue architectures.
• Automation frameworks: Selenium, Playwright, Appium or Cucumber.
• API testing: Postman, SoapUI or RestAssured for microservices.

The Test Manager will drive the shift from manual testing to a highly automated, continuous testing framework. You will ensure the quality, performance, and security of core systems including CRM, billing, charging, and order management.

Technical Skills

• Years of Experience: Minimum 7 years in QA, with 3+ years managing large-scale transformations in the Telecoms domain


• BSS Knowledge: Understanding of telecom BSS architectures (Billing, CRM, Product Catalogue).


• Automation Frameworks: Proven expertise in Selenium, Playwright, Appium, or Cucumber.


• API Testing: Mastery of tools like Postman, SoapUI, or RestAssured for microservices.
