Job summary

Infoplus Technologies UK Limited in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior End-to-End (E2E) Test Coordinator to lead testing across complex telecom transformation programs. You will coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production validation with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality releases.

You will develop E2E test strategies, plans, and schedules, drive defect lifecycle, and monitor progress while mentoring testing teams and supporting release readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing with significant End-to-End Test Coordination experience.
• Strong Telecom domain knowledge (OSS/BSS environments preferred).
• Proven experience coordinating E2E testing across multiple teams and vendors.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM).
• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Release Management, and Defect Lifecycle Management.
• Knowledge of API, Integration, and Interface Testing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate End-to-End (E2E) testing activities across multiple telecom projects.
• Develop and manage E2E test strategies, plans, schedules, and execution.
• Coordinate with Business, Development, Product, Integration, and Operations teams to ensure successful testing delivery.
• Drive defect management, prioritization, and resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and provide regular project status updates.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Production Validation activities.
• Ensure complete functional and integration test coverage aligned with business requirements.
• Support release planning, go-live readiness, and production deployment activities.
• Promote testing best practices and mentor project testing teams.
