Job summary

The successful candidate will possess proven experience in managing testing phases, strong engagement skills, and familiarity with tools like Jira and Zephyr.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Test Management/Test Lead roles.
• Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, E2E Testing, and Payroll Parallel Run.
• Hands-on experience with test and defect management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all testing phases including SIT, UAT, and E2E Testing.
• Define and manage test scope, strategy, timelines, and resources.
• Validate integrated business processes, system interfaces, and payroll workflows.
