Job summary

Olympus Corporation is seeking a Territory Manager to promote the Urology product portfolio across the central region of the Netherlands. You will develop strong relationships with hospitals and clinics, provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.

The role requires working with healthcare professionals, staying informed about industry trends, and traveling within the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with healthcare professionals or hospitals is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel across the central Netherlands is expected.

Responsibilities

• Promote Olympus Urology portfolio to healthcare professionals and hospitals.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit targets.
• Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
• Manage tenders and after-sales activities, ensuring customer progression.

• Promote Olympus's portfolio to healthcare professionals
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets
• Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support

• Monitoring sales results & establish correcting actions
• Tenders & after sales products
• Opportunity Management & pipeline control

Your qualification

• Previous experience in customer facing roles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Clinical experience, which is considered an advantage
• Curious and always want to keep learning
• You are open, engaged and reliable

• Ability to work independently and also enjoy working as part of a team
• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
