Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Start up specialist to support country-level site start-up activities in the Netherlands. You will manage regulatory submissions, essential document processes, and liaison with SCU/SAM teams to ensure timely start-up and activation of sites.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong organizational, communication, and budgeting skills, with the ability to work from the Amsterdam office on Tuesdays and collaborate across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and detailed understanding of clinical trial processes across Phases II–IV and ICH GCP.
• Ability to manage external vendors to contract effectively.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality deliverables at the country level with adherence to timelines and SOPs/WI.
• Monitor basic financials and hours per contract; escalate discrepancies.
• Support site start-up processes including regulatory submissions and document management.
• Serve as liaison for in-country start-up tasks and coordinate with PM/SAM.
