Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a temporary Site Activation Specialist to join our Netherlands team for a single-client project. The role supports country-level start-up activities, regulatory submissions, and TMF management, ensuring timely and compliant site activation across sites.

Candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have detailed understanding of clinical trial start-up, regulatory processes, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Detailed understanding of clinical trial start-up processes.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and site communication.
• Ability to understand clinical protocols and study specifications.
• Detailed understanding of clinical trial start-up processes.
• Ability to manage external vendors to contract effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project budgets with increased complexity and value.

• Able to work from the Amsterdam office on Tuesdays for team meetings.

Responsibilities

• For one of our single-client partnerships we are currently recruiting for a temporary Site Activation Specialist to join the team here in The Netherlands.
• Responsible for the quality deliverables at the country level; follows project requirements and country rules with moderate oversight.
• Prepares and submits Central EC Applications, Local EC Applications, RA Applications, and other local regulatory authorities as required.
• Supports site activation end-to-end activities and liaises with teams to ensure regulatory readiness.
